Setting up your wristband

At large events, on crowded beaches, a busy park or a school trip, children can and do get lost. When they are wearing SpotiD, their emergency contact and any medical information is quickly and easily accessed.

For children under 13 years old, the profile is always automatically anonymised.

Scan it

Open your phone camera and scan the QR code to begin setup.

Sign in or sign up

Create a username and password, or log in if you already have an account.

Tip: Use your existing Google or Apple account for one-tap sign up.

Add the details

Create a profile for your wristband wearer with as many emergency contacts that you want to include.

Tip: Add any important medical details, or information that will help reunite the wearer.

Update anytime

Keep your profile up to date with any new contact details or medical changes by logging into your account at app.spotid.co.uk

Tip: You can also scan your wristband and select 'update details' on the screen to login and update any details.
